Today my friend and Online Coaching client Lukas is sharing his incredible story how he changed his life and have lost 35 kilos within 9 months. He hit weight loss plateau after 6 months and honestly most likely would quit as he was eating very little calories and working out every day but still not able to see results. You will learn how Lukas overcome weightloss plateau and now eating almost 1000 calories more and working out half amount than before. As incredible as it sounds he have lost during past 3 months 15 kilos when raising his calories and reducing workouts.
