Having a starting line and a finish line for your unique journey is great … but what about all the things that happen in between? If you are like most of my clients, you’ve set goals before, but that doesn’t mean you just effortlessly reach those goals.
There were good comments in FB Group about self sabotaging and today we will go deeper why we do it.
Because if we’re being REALLY honest with ourselves, one of the biggest things that can stand between where you are now and where you want to go is … YOURSELF.
Self-sabotage is when you know what to do but don’t do it. Raise your hand if you’ve ever experienced that (I’m over here raising my both hands!)
So what’s the secret? How do we defeat self-sabotage? I’m giving you the secrets today during our training.
