In this FitMitTuro Fitness Podcast I had an opportunity to talk with Magda about her amazing progress in only 3 months. Magda is a mom og you small children with very demanding job which requires a lot traveling.
She has been able to change her mindset from struggling yo-yo dieter to sustainable beast. She is waking up with energy, got more toned body and learned to appreciate her body and build better relationship with food and herself.
Staying consistent for 3 months feels for Magda like decade as she was never consistent longer than 3 weeks in her life.
