In this FitMitTuro Fitness Podcast I am talking how to know if you are actually in a weight loss plateau and if you are, how to get out of plateau.

One of the most common mistakes when trying to lose weight is to recognize data from emotion when measuring your progress. 

If you are actually in a plateau, you have 2 options to get out of it. Most people think it´s moving more and eating less, which obviously can work but if you are in a point that it is not going to be sustainably possible, there is another option. 

I call that optimizing your metabolism for fat loss, so you can eat more and start losing weight. 

This is a long term strategy what most people are not willing to do because they are scared of gaining fat. 

In this training I explain science behind it and exact steps how to do it.
