I am talking about following myths:

Myth 1: Losing weight is about finding “right” diet

Myth 2: To lose weight you just eat less calories and/or burn more

Myth 3: To lose weight you must cut all unhealthy food

And this isn’t just about opening your eyes to what isn’t required; I’ll also be talking about what IS required. Those high-yield activities that actually make a difference.
