In this FitMitTuro Fitness Podcast I interview Karen who changed her mindset about weight loss to become healthier and be there longer for her sons. Karen won FREE 3 months of 1-1 Coaching and used that opportunity to literally change her life. She started at age of 48 to do proper strength training in her life and changing her habits healthier.
Karen is a hard working beast and her incredible results wouldn´t be possible without her consistent hard work. She didn´t try to be perfect but she was consistent enough.
